How to use:
Apply Elastic base coat in a thin, rubbing motion and cure under a lamp (UV – 120 sec, LED – 60 sec). For nail plate leveling, do not cure the thin layer. Instead, take a small drop of the base and distribute it evenly, following the correct nail architecture.
